Starke Stimmen zum Frauentag – mit Margaux Kier und weiteren Gästen
In the organizer's words:
For the fourth time in a row, the Upper Silesian State Museum in Ratingen-Hösel is hosting an International Women's Day event. Under the heading "Chanson mag Jazz", Margaux Kier and her band will present a repertoire of songs and poetry by artists from Silesia and Europe. This is complemented by her own texts and compositions. Kier was born in Bydgoszcz and came to Cologne at the age of twelve. She describes herself as a border crosser - and not just in terms of national borders.
The evening begins with a thematic tour with Dr. Frank Mäuer, the concert starts at 18:30.
