Three lively children and a journey through time that takes them 100 years into the past, straight into a turbulent adventure with treasure hunts and chases.

What an exciting New Year's Eve: when ten-year-old Stella discovers a hidden elevator in the attic of her great-grandmother's villa, she embarks on an adventurous journey into her family's history. She is transported back a hundred years and meets Clementine, who is the same age, and her younger brother Gustav. The siblings are in dire straits: their father has run up huge debts building a railroad line, and now the entire family estate is in danger of being lost. Only the "Star of the Orient" diamond could save everything - but the children are not the only ones on the hunt for the precious treasure. For Stella, time is running out: midnight at the latest is the last chance for her to return to the present. Suspense and fantasy. Harry Potter is nothing compared to that.
