SCHWIMMER is an alternative rock band from Lüneburg. Since 2012, the band has been releasing German-language songs between alternative rock, post-rock influences and classic German rock. The focus is on personal themes, relationships and inner conflicts, told in direct, clear images instead of grand staging.

Musically, SCHWIMMER move between driving alternative rock, atmospheric post-rock elements and classic German rock. Powerful guitars meet punchy rhythms, anthemic choruses alternate with intimate, reflective moments. This creates a dynamic that invites the audience to sing along, dance and pause in equal measure. Their songs are honest, direct and emotional - music that stays in your head without detours and continues to resonate in your heart.

SCHWIMMER have also long since made a name for themselves live: more than 200 club and festival shows, including appearances as support for Madsen, Selig and Stefanie Heinzmann, demonstrate the band's versatility and professionalism. On stage, they impress with their infectious enthusiasm, intense presence and unaffected closeness to the audience. At their concerts, the boundaries between band and fans become blurred - every song becomes a shared experience, every evening an invitation to be part of something bigger.
The album "Strom" was recently followed by the singles "Julia" and "Paranoia". With them, the band focuses more on personal themes: "Julia" tells of closeness, memory and interpersonal moments, while "Paranoia" deals with inner tension, insecurity and mental states. Both releases show a development towards a more direct, personal and atmospherically denser focus, which will be continued in future releases.
