The international "rhythm spectacle" (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung) is a guest at the Prinzregententheater: STOMP, a pulsating, original and humorous theater production that is second to none! Armed with an unerring sense of rhythm, the wonderfully idiosyncratic characters of this extraordinary ensemble explore unknown depths of sound with everyday objects - fresh, curious and playful.

From kitchen sink, broom and dustbin to lighter, water canister and pipe wrench: everything, no matter how banal, becomes part of an astonishing production. STOMP finds beauty and music in the everyday and provides both moments of amazement and exhausted laughter.

Since its premiere at the Edinburgh Festival in 1991, STOMP has become a major attraction. The production has been on Broadway for 29 years, toured the globe for almost as long without interruption and has given more than 15 million people an adrenaline rush with its high art of snapping fingers, swinging brooms and rattling dustbins. A stage event that irresistibly combines and celebrates the universal language of rhythm, theater, comedy and dance.
