In 1984, the Talking Heads were perhaps the hippest band on the planet. Jonathan Demme's brilliant concert film captures this impressively. To mark its 40th anniversary, STOP MAKING SENSE is now returning to the big screen, freshly restored in 4K. Burning down the house (again)! You can see and hear the main members of the band David Byrne, Tina Weymouth, Chris Frantz and Jerry Harrison together with Bernie Worrell, Alex Weir, Steve Scales, Lynn Mabry and Edna Holt. The live performance was recorded over the course of three nights at the Pantages Theater in Hollywood in December 1983 and features the Talking Heads' most memorable songs.
