Stricken & Häkeln gegen Gewalt an Frauen!

In the organizer's words:

Get creative together and set an important example: we invite you to an open afternoon of knitting and crocheting on the green space at Frauenkultur. Hopefully with friendly weather ... it's the beginning of summer! 50x50 cm squares will be created, which can become part of the international project "VIVA VITTORIA". This project is committed to raising awareness of violence against women. The pieces made will be collected for the campaign on March 6/7, 2027 at the Leipzig market. Whether with your own materials or spontaneously on site - needles and wool are available, instructional support for knitting and crocheting is guaranteed. Feel free to bring food and a picnic blanket and spend a relaxed, creative afternoon with us in a community of solidarity.
