Germany’s most famous “hair island” has finally made it to the Chancellery. But these days, the mood surrounding Friedrich Merz is worse than at a samba parade in the Sauerland: chaos in global politics, a reform backlog at home, the SPD heading toward the 5 percent threshold, and a gas lobbyist moonlighting as economy minister.
Now, a single woman is supposed to be the silver bullet to solve all of this—and preferably yesterday: The ambitious political consultant Katharina Huber has been commissioned by the federal government to get the country and its government ready for the future. A job that’s about as much fun as filing your taxes while undergoing a root canal. 
At a gym, she runs into a young employee named Leon—and immediately, both of them break a sweat. The staunch idealist and the pragmatic career woman get into a verbal sparring match that leaves no stone unturned: What can Friedrich Merz learn from Cem Özdemir? Is the government’s work actually considered a “lifestyle part-time” job? And when will AI finally replace Donald Trump?
The satirical sitcom “Studio Rambo-Zambo” is high-performance exercise for the mind and the laugh muscles, full of pace and gags, and always in tune with the times. And every evening, well-known clients drop by for a workout, too.
