SUNDAY SOCIAL RUN
In the organizer's words:
Feel free to join us for our Social Run! 🖤
We meet every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. in front of Delulu Coffee in Essen and then run 6–7 km together in different pace groups. Afterward, everyone can grab a coffee or matcha, and we’ll chat for a bit! ☺️🏃🏼♀️

We usually run in the following groups:
7 km | 6:00 pace
6 km | 7:00 pace
Sometimes there’s also a beginner group (approx. 3 km | 8:00 pace). Feel free to check Instagram or the WhatsApp community right before the run!
