Below you will find a sample schedule that our teacher can flexibly adapt to suit your needs:

1. Mutual introduction of teacher and participants
   To know who you will be spending the event with, you will introduce yourselves to each other. Describing your previous experience with yoga helps our teacher to tailor the yoga practice accordingly.
2. Preparation
   Before you get on the board, you will warm up and prepare for the water. This includes stretching, breathing exercises if necessary and a short introduction to paddling technique.
3. Paddling
   After the preparation, you will be transported by water cab onto the water to our floating yoga star consisting of SUP boards and will now switch to the board on which the yoga class will be practiced.
4. Yoga on the board
   As soon as all participants are on their board, the yoga practice begins. This begins, for example, with simple exercises such as sitting cross-legged and the child's position to get used to the board. Then it continues with more advanced exercises such as warrior, downward facing dog and tree. For a bit of fun, our instructor also builds challenges such as standing on one leg or performing sun salutations into her SUP yoga classes.
5. Cooling down and returning
   At the end of the yoga practice, there is a cool-down and relaxation, which usually consists of breathing exercises and a final meditation. After the yoga practice, you will be taken back ashore and the event will end together.

The event takes place with a minimum of 8 participants. The maximum number of participants is 16 - if the required number of participants is not reached for the booked date, an alternative date will be offered.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please be there 15 minutes before the start of the event so that it can begin on time and bring headgear (to protect you from the sun) and sun protection for your skin to the event.
