SURFER JOE
Has been traveling the world for many years, all in the name of surfing. The trio is currently on tour in Europe, possibly heading to Japan next month, and then back to the U.S.
They play some cover songs as well as their own material. They usually explain clearly who wrote each song and when, etc.
Surfer Joe is always a pleasure to watch.
MASON DIXON HOBOS
Mannheim’s only true rockabilly band. It feels like they’ve been around for 35 years. The singer and frontman tells stories, sometimes in dialect. The double bassist really lets loose on the strings. The drummer keeps everything together. And the two guitarists handle the authentic rhythm and subtle melody parts.
Their shows are always a blast and make you want to dance and let loose.
