The all-in-one entertainment package Sven Bensmann is taking off again. The end of 20-year-old comedian, musician and human cuddly bear brings the best conditions for it at least already for some years on the comedy stages of this country.

Heartily and charmingly, the showcase village child Bensmann blurs the boundaries between hilarious stand-up comedy and handmade music. With his versatile grater voice, which always reveals vocal role models such as Joe Cocker or Bruce Springsteen, Sven underpins his themes: Disney, village and dork jokes! If you haven't yet had the pleasure of hearing Sven - with musical accompaniment from his buddy Jan Niermann - sing jokes and repeatedly skim the belt by a hair's breadth, you shouldn't miss this spectacle. Just like his very own perspective on the biggest differences between city and country and why he finds himself somewhere in between - rather as an urban village child, so to speak.

When Sven then rewrites the most imaginative Disney songs, popular with young and old alike, in his continuation of the mega-successful "Daily Disney" series and applies them to everyday, sappy situations, there's rarely a dry eye in the audience. And whenever you don't expect it, the sidekick of the cult laundromat "NightWash" leaves his red thread and comfort zone to give his audience many an improvised surprise. Always close to his audience, hilarious, musically sophisticated and damn affectionate - that's Sven Bensmann.
