In the organizer's words:
Presented as part of Polish Art Week / 7th Avant Art Festival Berlin, this evening assembles four projects operating at the outer edges of contemporary experimental music. Bringing together artists from Asia, Europe, and North America, the programme navigates the territories of noise, industrial sound, radical electronics, and performative sonic practices, highlighting diverse approaches to intensity, transformation, and collective experience.
Takkak Takkak (JP/ID) is a cross-cultural collaboration that channels fractured rhythms, raw energy, and exploratory electronics into a dynamic and unpredictable live performance.
HULUBALANG (ID) draws from experimental electronic and industrial traditions, constructing immersive sonic environments where texture, repetition, and noise converge into a powerful auditory experience.
Evicshen (US) explores the physical and material dimensions of sound through immersive performance, transforming listening into a visceral encounter that challenges the boundaries between body, space, and vibration.
URIN (INT) delivers uncompromising noise and extreme electronics, embracing confrontation, spontaneity, and sonic excess as tools for expanding the possibilities of experimental music.
