Cuero: The pulse of tango in the 21st century

We are delighted to welcome the "New Golden Era" of tango to our stage. We present Cuero, a quartet founded in 2022 consisting of Martina Greiner, Federico Gómez, Ignacio Santos and Emilio Cossani. This ensemble not only interprets music; it captures the present in an authentic way, dispensing with the constant repetition of the classics and making room for innovative compositions and texts.

Innovation from the chaos of Buenos Aires

Inspired by the vibrant and chaotic Buenos Aires of today, Cuero uses unconventional instrumentation for the genre, adding fresh textures to the tradition. Their music reflects the new forms of human relationships in a world in constant change. After successful European tours in 2024 and 2025, the quartet is now dedicated to creating new material that will be heard in concert halls and milongas across Europe next year.
