With violin, accordion and clarinet, the duo Tangoyim takes the audience on a musical journey through Eastern Europe, across the Balkans to the lost world of the Jewish shtetl and on to America in the 1920s.

Klezmer music, Yiddish songs and tangos, dances from the Balkans, music by Hungarian gypsies and songs from Bulgaria and Macedonia are all part of the repertoire of these two thoroughbred musicians. With accordion, violin, clarinet and their voices, they tell stories of love and sorrow, joy and pain, of the big and small things in life.
