TAUSENDSCHÖN Designmarkt: Kunst, Kurioses und mehr

Enjoy culinary delights on a Sunday, take a leisurely stroll through an art market and buy unique items: Twice a year - in spring and fall - the TAUSENDSCHÖN arts and crafts market attracts visitors to store and stroll around the Bremen wholesale market in Überseestadt.

Whether handmade soaps, flower arrangements, woodwork, ceramics and vases or individual fashion and jewelry - a good 150 exhibitors are usually present and offer their unusual and mostly sustainably produced products on the open-air grounds and in two halls of the wholesale market. Admission costs three euros.

In keeping with the TAUSENDSCHÖN motto "Art, curiosities and more", visitors will find creative and unusual individual pieces at the arts and crafts market and can even look over the shoulders of some of the exhibitors as they work.

However, there are not only arts and crafts, but also numerous tasty treats: Exhibitors offer various delicacies for consumption on site and also to take home. The products range from unusual jams, spice mixes and confectionery to homemade fruit and herb liqueurs.

Free parking is available on the wholesale market grounds. If you are traveling by public transport, take streetcar line 3 to the "Waller Ring" stop or bus lines 26 and 28 to the "Überseetor" stop.
