For over ten years, Thaler has been writing acoustic-driven songs about the people, places, and experiences that have shaped him. His music thrives on hand-played guitars, clear melodies, and honest storytelling. The Munich-based musician first gained recognition through his street performances, which remain an integral part of his journey to this day. There, he not only built a loyal following but also used the proceeds to finance his debut album , “Bis wir uns wiedersehen,” which he created in collaboration with Mic Schröder (Joris, LOTTE, among others).

Many already know him from the Olympic Park; he has also performed on stages such as the IAA Main Stage and the Sommernachtstraum. Last summer, Thaler also traveled solo across Germany with just his guitar, playing the album’s songs on unfamiliar streets. What was once defined by being on the road now finds its counterpart: bringing people together at home and creating shared moments.

“Bis wir uns wiedersehen” is the result of a passionate journey that has spanned many years. The songs tell of friendship, new beginnings, farewells, and all the things that stay with you for a lifetime.

On September 5, Thaler will celebrate the release of his debut album at the Milla Club in Munich with his first headlining show and invites you to be part of this special chapter.
