Together with her father, the director embarks on a journey into the past. After more than sixty years in exile in Switzerland, Asllan and his daughter return to his Kosovar home village, a place marked by war and loss. Between familiar landscapes, encounters and quiet moments, a poetic picture of a war and a hidden family history unfolds, in which memory and the present become blurred. The film combines documentary reality with impressive images and staged scenes that bring Asllan's childhood memories from the 1950s to life.
