The Buggs!

They bring a breath of fresh air to the scene with British-influenced pop music from the heart of NRW.
The core of their music is the holy trinity of guitar, drums and bass. They are joined by organ and synthesizer. That ́s entertainment!
Since 2020, the band has been playing in its current lineup at concerts at home and abroad.
With their different musical imprints, the musicians create a unique, powerful sound with high recognition value. Their ability to incorporate diverse styles and genres into their songs has allowed the band to expand their repertoire.
The Buggs have long since made a name for themselves in NRW and beyond. Nominated for the popNRW award as "Best Newcomer," the band played a series of concerts in southern France and northern Spain in 2018. Since then, they have already toured Germany supporting bands such as The Computers, The Untertones, The Spitfires and Stone Foundation, and under their own banner, they were able to claim a concert series in China.

Formed in 2021 by lead singer and multi-instrumentalist Jonathan Rous, "Headempty" is characterized by its dreamy melodies, hanging rhythms and nostalgic synthesizer sounds. Looking back to the past, inspired by old records and tapes, Headempty ventured into the music market in October 2021 and released their debut EP "When The Lights Go Out" on October 31. Within a few weeks, fan favorites like "Tombstone" and "Party 6ft under" crystallized and generated several thousand streams on the net. In February '22 came surprisingly the follow-up and Headempty convinced with their second EP "and you watch". Written, produced, mixed and mastered in "Grandma`s basement", the band`s studio and rehearsal room, the sounds the musicians created from their colorful imagination roll over; the band proves once again that their heads are anything but empty.
