The focus is on Mohanlal (Mohanlal Viswanathan Nair), one of India's most important actors. In 2025, he was awarded the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award, the highest honor in Indian cinema. In total, he has received over 150 awards, including five National Film Awards and nine Kerala State Film Awards. He has also been honored with the Padma Bhushan (2019) and the Padma Shri (2001) and holds the honorary title of Lieutenant Colonel of the Indian Territorial Army.
