Ready for the hottest weekend of the year? On February 14 and 15, 2026, Im Wizemann will be transformed into a mecca for all those who love it spicy. With the premiere of "The Sauce", we are celebrating Stuttgart's new chilli convention and inviting you to immerse yourself in the colorful world of our favorite peppers. Visitors can look forward to hand-picked manufacturers presenting their best craft hot sauces, spice blends and chili oils. Instead of mass-produced goods, there are handmade treasures here, from pleasantly spicy to real fire alarms.

But The Sauce is not just about eating, it's about celebrating chili culture in all its facets. Germany's hottest stand-up show, Scoville Comedy, will have you in tears of laughter and beads of sweat at the same time. In workshops with chili expert Alexander Hicks, interested visitors can learn all about cultivation, variety and heat levels. The physical well-being is also taken care of: delicious street food and cool drinks offer the perfect balance to the heat in your mouth.
