Perhaps Australia's most authentic garage rock & power pop band is coming to Dortmund!
The Unknowns have been bringing their raw, melodic and timeless rock'n'roll to stages such as The Tote, The Zoo, The Triffid and 170 Russell since 2014 - and now they're finally coming to us.

The four musicians from Queensland have already shared the stage with Mean Jeans, The Meanies, Frenzal Rhomb, The Chats, Clowns, Ed Kuepper and many other greats of the scene. Their shows are energetic, honest, full of hooks and driven by a palpable passion for classic punk, garage and power pop.

With their new album "East Coast Low" (Bargain Bin Records, produced by Hunting Ground Studios and mastered by Mikey Young) they once again prove their talent for melodic guitar lines, direct emotions and songs that stick with you immediately.

Expect a dynamic, intense and utterly charming live set that shows why The Unknowns are one of Australia's most exciting bands today.

The Carlos Marx Brothers are a revolutionary rock'n'roll band with members from Germany and Mexico. Their wild (garage) punk rock is influenced by bands like the Fells and MC5. They rock Marxist-style for a better planet - are you part of the problem or the solution? You decide!
