For over a decade, Tinlicker have shaped and redefined the electronic music landscape. With their unmistakable sound, which combines emotional depth and danceable energy, they have long since made a name for themselves beyond the boundaries of classic club music. Since their worldwide hit "Because You Move Me", which now has over a billion streams, Tinlicker have become a permanent fixture between club culture and the pop avant-garde. After the successful album "Cold Enough For Snow" (2024) and tours through Europe and North America, the band is now opening a new chapter.

With "I Want My Freedom", Tinlicker are now announcing their fourth studio album, which will be released in early 2026. The single also marks a turning point: the duo has become a trio. British singer and producer Hero Baldwin, who has worked with Tinlicker on several occasions, is now a permanent member of the band and brings her clear, expressive voice and sensitive songwriting to the creative process. Since 2020, Jordi van Achthoven, Micha Heyboer and Hero Baldwin have been writing songs together that combine emotional openness, melodic precision and electronic sophistication. "I Want My Freedom" is a prime example of this: a piece that translates the longing for self-determination into a rousing musical flow between gentle piano chords, driving breakbeats and spherical synths.

Baldwin describes the song as a manifesto for independence and at the same time as a collective call to understand freedom as something that must be fought for and preserved. In March 2026, Tinlicker will finally return to Germany as part of their major EU/UK tour - with three exclusive shows that will bring their unique combination of live band, electronic perfection and emotional intensity to the stage. After a summer of festival appearances and the acclaimed "Tinlicker In The Park" concert in London, fans can look forward to a sound that is euphoric, introspective and deeply stirring in equal measure.
