In the organizer's words:
Body language takes on a new meaning when Tishani Doshi and Natsuko Kono take the stage. Through her interaction with the dancer Kono, the poet will use movement to create spaces for language. Indian poetry meets Japanese avant-garde in the “Dance of Darkness.” Body meets word, giving rise to a unique performance. Or as Doshi puts it: “Poetry and dance share a common vulnerability: revealing themselves in the dark.”
The LOTTO Foundation Berlin supports the Curator in Residence program.
