They are young, they are twenty, they are in love. In Paris in the 1990s, the lives of Sammy, Emma and their young son are shaken up when they meet the photographer Cyril. It is the beginning of a secret love affair between the two men... But the carefree game of passion and jealousy tips over when a blood test reveals that a fourth has crept into the love triangle: the virus. How can one live when death breaks into everyday life? What becomes of love, friendship and family in the face of the onset of mortality? And what does it mean to go on living when the worst doesn't happen? Gaël Morel delivers a moving tribute to those who have lost their lives to HIV/AIDS and at the same time asks what it means to survive.
