The classical music industry is facing far-reaching changes. In a unique foresight process, leading cultural players in Hamburg have jointly developed future scenarios for the year 2040. Over the course of several months, key uncertainties and trends were analyzed and condensed into four plausible visions of the future. The results make it possible to develop long-term and sustainable strategies and make the future of classical music tangible.
