PINK FLOYD unplugged? Not quite. There are still a few electronic aids in PULSE, if you look closely. But the idea behind the concerts under the slogan "Acoustic Side Of The Moon" is to reduce the fantastic and often bombastic arrangements of PINK FLOYD 's music to a minimum while exposing its ingenious core. The band led by charismatic singer and guitarist Oliver Hartmann already achieved this in 2014 with the band Echoes.

Since their much-discussed split from Echoes immediately after the sold-out Acoustic Tour 2024, five former band members have successfully continued this under the name PULSE - supported by their fabulous string quartet from Prague!

Classics such as "Shine On You Crazy Diamond", "Another Brick In The Wall" or "Wish You Were Here", but also complex and originally heavily electronic songs such as "Welcome To The Machine" or "Money" are not left out, but are presented in a fascinating way with new and creative arrangements.

This can be heard on the successful live production "Barefoot To The Moon" by the former band Echoes, which has not only been highly praised on Amazon since its release in 2015, but has even made it remarkably far up the Media Control charts - a kind of accolade for a tribute band.

After the first and partly sold-out tour under the new name in January 2025, PULSE will continue the acoustic concert series with ten dates in 2026 and show what you can expect at live concerts by Oliver Hartmann & Co: Full houses and frenetic applause on a journey to the "Acoustic Side Of The Moon".
