We have known Torsten for many years: as a colleague, as an ambassador for the independent book industry and as one of the warmest people around. Few people have dared to do so much for books: with his travel literature projects In 60 bookshops across Europe (2016) and In 80 bookshops around the world (2017), he made his love of bookshops visible. He later founded his own publishing house, with which he brought Leonhard and Paul into German. And now, with Mathilde and Marie, he presents his first own novel - warm-hearted, decelerating, full of joie de vivre.
