TRAIN - I Know, It's Been A Long Time Coming Tour

TRAIN, the band that was founded in 1994 in San Francisco and has since won several GRAMMY and Billboard Awards, is coming to Germany for an exclusive concert.

In May 2022 they released their latest and 11th studio album 'AM Gold', to now play with these latest, but also their earlier hits, on 04 May 2024 at the Grossen Freiheit 36 in Hamburg. Beforehand, the Californian singer/songwriter ILSEY will enchant the audience. ILSEY has already co-written songs like 'Nothing breaks like a heart' by Miley Cyrus or 'All Night' by Beyonce. The audience can look forward to a portion of guitar sound, a lot of handmade music and great artists on this evening at Grossen Freiheit 36.

Train has sold more than 10 million albums and 30 million tracks worldwide. But the rise of TRAIN began back in 1994, when the original 5-piece band around frontman Pat Monahan, persistently built up a loyal fan base in their hometown, San Francisco. That persistence paid off in 1998, with the release of their debut album, then on Columbia. The single "Meet Virginia" gave them their first unexpected radio hit. "Drops of Jupiter" from 2001 also developed into a chart breaker, staying in the Top 40 for ten months and being awarded 6-times platinum in the US and the GRAMMY Award for Best Rock Song.
