The Whitsun trampoline course

Contents:

• Basic jumps (squat, stoop, straddle, etc.)
• Landing types (seat, stomach and back)
• Twists and combinations
• Simple somersaults
• advanced somersaults / possibly double somersaults

Participants are divided intoage groups from 06-10 years or 11-14 years.

Are you fascinated byspectacular jumps and acrobatic moves with both vertical and horizontal spins and just can't decide what to start with first? Then our trampoline courses are just the thing for you!

The fun of children and young people is our top priority! In our courses, the focus is exclusively on trampolining. Not only do we offer lots of fun, we also integrate various aspects of trampolining into one course.

Our experienced trainers are specially trained in trampolining and will be by your side every step of the way. From learning the basics to more challenging jumps on the trampoline, moving on an airtrack, the correct jump onto a mini trampoline or a somersault on the large Eurotramp trampoline - we teach you everything. We will also show you how to master acrobatic figures on the trampoline alone or in a duo.

Mornings: 09:00-12:00

Drop-off and pick-up times (supervision time):
Mornings: 08:00 - 09:00 (morning course)
Lunchtime: 12:00 - 12:30 (morning course)

Midday: 13:00 - 13:30 (afternoon course)
Evening: 16:30 - 17:00 (afternoon course)
