Thousands of trans* women live in Turkey's major cities. There has been an increase in murders of trans*people, but the perpetrators usually go unpunished. Ebru, a trans* woman from Istanbul, is fighting against the repression and murder of her companions. She herself has experienced marginalization by the state, society and her family. She has been campaigning for human rights and the rights of LGBTIQIA for 25 years. She wants to change Turkish society with humor, self-irony and political intuition. The urban transformation of Istanbul and the protests around Gezi Park resonate throughout the film.
