Information for Vendors
On the day before the event (excluding holidays and weekday events), we’ll be on-site at the event grounds with our mobile office.
During the summer months (March–October), we’re there from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
During the winter months (Nov.–Feb.), we’re open from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
On the day of the event, we’ll be there for you starting at 6:00 a.m.

Booth Location
- The venue has several access points
- Visitor parking is located directly on the event grounds
Cars/Vans at the Booth
Passenger cars with a minimum length of 4 meters may be parked behind the booth. Station wagons or vans require a booth length of at least 5 to 6 meters. Alternatively, vendor parking spaces are available.
Setup Times
The reserved space can be occupied starting at 6 a.m. and will be held until 9 a.m. Between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., cars are not permitted on the grounds.
