The summer gymnastics & acrobatics course
Content:
- Floor gymnastics on state-of-the-art AirTracks
- Bars, high bar, rings, balance beam and more
- Flick flacks, somersaults, handstands & twists
- Strength and coordination exercises
- For beginners and advanced gymnasts
Participants are divided intoage groups from 06-10 years or 11-14 years.

Our top priority: fun for kids and teens! Our courses are all about gymnastics. Not only can you expect lots of fun, but we also bring different aspects of gymnastics into one course.
Our experienced coaches are true professionals in apparatus gymnastics and have your back with every move. Whether you're just starting out or are already able to do advanced exercises on various apparatus, we'll give you a full overview of the different gymnastics elements. We'll show you how to get off to a flying start on the floor, balance beam, rings, vaulting table or parallel bars. And, of course, how to rock acrobatic moves and choreos on the apparatus alone or with teammates.
