To describe the last few months as a rollercoaster ride would be an understatement. Twenty4tim had fulfilled one of his biggest dreams with the release of his first single "Bling Bling". With a clear message, catchy tunes and a banging video, the early 20-year-old social media star provided another humorous insight into his dazzling personality. This was followed by storms of enthusiasm from his community, support from the LGBTQIA+ scene and video views in the double-digit millions. "Bling Bling" reached number 1 in the German single charts.

Alongside all the superlatives, however, he also had to experience the dark side of success: hatred, bullying and threats. What consequences does this have for him not only online, but also in real life? Twenty4tim does not leave this uncommented on in his new single "GD", with which he is now making his musical comeback: "Wenn ich aus dem Haus geh' nicht allein / Hab jetzt Security dabei".

Of course, he doesn't let this get him down. With "GD", Twenty4tim sends out a musical middle finger and makes it clear once again that he will not bend for anything or anyone. His steadily growing community has his back. On TikTok, the four million followers are within reach and "On Instagram I've already cracked two million / Soon it'll be three!", Tim states confidently in the new song.

As usual, he doesn't mince his words in "GD" and describes "anything but good" what he stands for. "Sorry, if that triggers you / Baby, hasta la vista", sings Tim and then resolves in the chorus what the song title "GD" actually stands for: To all haters, he says a provocative "Treat yourself to mine!"

Despite the serious message, the new track is - how could it be otherwise with Twenty4tim - a party-ready club song. With an infectious good mood and a clear message, he continues the dream he started with "Bling Bling" with "GD". And that's exactly why his followers love him: for his unconditional realness and courage.

"GD" seamlessly continued the success of its predecessor and also reached the German chart throne - two number 1 hits in a row for Twenty4tim - a new star is born!
