Charlie Harper, the legendary singer of his band UK Subs, seems to be forever young!
Founded by Charlie in London in 1976, the UK Subs never disbanded as a band.
He has been touring ever since and was even making music before Mr. Harper's career was even longer than his 47 years in the service of 77Punkrock.
Now 80 years old, it's obvious that he's getting better with age and this will be a rare opportunity to see the UK Subs on a club stage once again.
Best chance to get up close and feel the heat and excitement in the long list of live hits delivered by his bandmates Alvin Gibbs, himself a bass legend, punk rock poster man Stephen Straughan on guitar and drum wizard Steefan Häublein.
This highlight of original punk rock is not to be missed and we will all be toasting Charlie Harper's birthday!
