In the organizer's words:

On the occasion of the exhibition "Utopia. Right to Hope" (Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg), a symposium in cooperation with the Academy's Visual Arts Section will explore central issues of the project in greater depth: utopias of urban development in times of climate catastrophe, ecology and sustainability in dystopian times, global justice and transnational utopias. The aim is to show and discuss artistic ways out of the dystopian present.
