This workshop is oriented for those who have little or no baking experience in general, or is feeling challenged by their spontaneous vegan baking.

I've been baking cakes and cookies since I am 10 years old - a never-ending work-in-progress since then - so I've had countless chances of success and failure in my attempts, gaining confidence to risk new combinations, and observe the baking chemistry. I bake mostly by heart, measuring the ingredients amount by the shake of the hand and by how much it fills the eyes. I let myself be inspired by Pinterest baking, but also adapting to my intuition, my pocket, and whatever is available in my pantry! I've started my own business (café Raum Schwalbe) 7 years ago, where I offer exclusively vegan cakes, and although many of them are a one time experiment (yes, creation also comes with the art and mastery of letting go!) many of the recipes got a regular spot on the daily café offer.
