In the organizer's words:

This performative piece for people aged 12 and over explores fear in a playful and associative way. Instead of avoiding it, it invites people to encounter it together and discover collective ways of dealing with it.

Performers Lena Neckel and Stina Hinrichs create a changeable creature of fear under a fabric. Dance, acrobatics and physical theater combine to create an impressive, living sculpture.
Accompanied by a soundscape by sound artist Esther Adams, in which people talk about their fears, the ball of fear shows many facets - both threatening and tender. The result is an empowering piece about fear that enables exchange and encourages.
