Art meets cuisine meets music

Fancy a special evening between art, cuisine and live music? Then come along to the Alter Simpl!

We are celebrating the vernissage of the artist Panni Somody - in a place where art is really fun: in a pub. For this project, she has transformed our favorite dishes and drinks into ceramics and installed them directly on the wall of the Alte Simpl.

Panni Somody has been working for years with motifs relating to food, memories and everyday culture. Her works tell stories of home, enjoyment and pub life - poetic, humorous and sometimes a little surprising.

From 19:00 - Vernissage & arrival

From 20:00 - Live concert with Monkey Pepper
Then it's time to dance: Monkey Pe pper bring a great atmosphere to the evening with psychedelic funk soul pop, indie vibes and danceable beats.
An international Munich band full of energy, groove and joy of playing - the perfect way to end (or escalate) the evening.
