Transformation - a sonic journey through identity and change

With the works of the "Verwandlung" program, the LJO NRW reflects various facets of change: from the power of nature to inner landscapes of the soul to social and historical processes. Past meets present, tradition meets innovation. Under the direction of Susanne Blumenthal and with the help of soprano Elvira Bill, the young musicians not only breathe musical life into these processes of change - they also reflect on their own path from development to artistic maturity.
