Micro festival of the poetry slam

The fact that the poetry slam is a versatile art form should no longer be a secret in Aachen. After all, the live literature format, in which people compete against each other with self-written texts, has been delighting audiences in the imperial city since 1997. In the upcoming word sports season, the satznachvorn poetry slam will once again offer a wide range of performances, from cabaret and comedy to the finest poetry.

But before it starts again, the audience can expect a very special poetry potpourri. The first micro festival of the poetry slam: Viva la Slam!

On 07.09.2024 (Saturday), the slam scene will celebrate the fun of the spoken word together with you in four consecutive slams. Be part of this highlight at Kiez Kini on Promenadenstraße and experience a colorful grab bag of first-class stage writers. The individual slots last approx. 60 minutes and can be attended independently of each other.

Viva la Slam is an event of the association satznachvorn e.V. and takes place with the kind support of the "Guten Abend, Aachen" fund. Admission to all festival slots is free of charge.
