You can look forward to Florentin Schumacher, whose debut "Anschlussfehler" combines a story of loss with a love story, in a duet with Noemi Somalvico, whose "Das Herz wirft in der Brust keinen Schatten" is a fresh and original account of a feeling that has been described a thousand times.

Also taking part: Nikita Afanasjew with his post-heroic, ostentatious novel "Sputnik" and Kathrin Bach, whose prose debut "Lebensversicherung" takes us back to the West German provinces of the 1990s.

Another highlight of the evening is the duo Barbi Marković ("Piksi-Buch") and Edo Popović ("Der Pudel des Staatsführers"). She is Serbian, he is Croatian. Not that the two could resurrect Yugoslavia, but they prove it: The Balkans are colorful.

After the readings, you can look forward to a rousing revue with Susann Rehlein, whose new book "Ab ins Bett! Sexuelle Späterziehung" will provide the best entertainment.
