Saving food instead of wasting it: that is our motto at Übrig e.V. Because food often ends up in the bin even though it is still edible. Does that have to be the case? We say: No. And in our talk, we show what causes this and what can be done instead. Caro and Valerie will give insights into their work and share concrete ideas on how you can take action yourself: in an interactive and everyday way.
