Bicycle tour on the environment, social justice and civic participation
Munich is booming: new buildings are going up on every corner and construction cranes are almost a permanent feature of our city's landscape. Yet the construction industry is one of the world's biggest polluters and wasters of resources.
But there are alternatives that show that environmental protection and social justice can go hand in hand.
From temporary uses to initiatives that are committed to redesigning public spaces, we visit inspiring case studies in the Neuhausen-Nymphenburg district on our bike tour .
These initiatives tell us about their visions and projects and pose the question: What can a socially just and sustainable Munich look like? They also show us how we can take action ourselves to shape a city for everyone.
At the end, we want to get together at "Cinque Panini" and exchange ideas. Bring your bike and a few friends and ride around with us!

Planned route:
Please note: The organizers reserve the right to change the route during the planning phase. All registered participants will be informed in good time.
Walking distance and barriers: We ride on roads and mostly paved paths. In between, we will take a break at an initiative and have a chat. We can also have something to eat at the final stop. Please remember to bring comfortable shoes, plenty of drinking water and sun or rain protection if necessary!
Everyone should bring a bike.
