VORGA + SIGNVM: KARG + ECHOLOT
VORGA
VORGA’s mission: to capture the feelings of awe and utter hopelessness one experiences when gazing up at the night sky.
By combining traditional black metal and blackened death metal with modern production and aesthetics, Vorga breaks new ground within the genre while resisting the temptation to merely rehash what has already been done. With their impressive portrayal of futuristic, dystopian black metal—crowned by UV corpsepaint and an atmospheric, captivating light show—the band always leaves a lasting impression on their audience.
SIGNVM: KARG
Signvm: Karg stands for wild, progressive sounds from the dark gravitational field of black metal.
Having matured in dark realms since 2005, their first manifesto, “Choirs from the Maw of Time,” resonated through the cosmic ether in 2011.
This was followed by performances alongside Todtgelichter, Gräfenstein, Fäulnis, and other celestial bodies.
After a period of quiet creativity, Signvm Karg sounds darker and more chaotic than ever: With new works and a lineup featuring members from Finsterforst, Melechesh, Narvik, and Assorted Nails, they are ready to unleash our grim passion into the open cosmos.
ECHOLOT
Echolot has been rocking stages across Europe at festivals and on tours for over 10 years. After a three-year hiatus and a 10th-anniversary concert in 2024 in their hometown of Basel, they’re leaving the sounds of doom and metal behind and dedicating themselves to ’70s “mommy and daddy rock.” Rocking and crisp, catchy and dynamic!
But Echolot hasn’t just grown in their personal lives—they’ve also expanded their lineup to include a guitar and a synthesizer. Let the Echolot quintet take you on a journey through time and get ready for a psychedelic extravaganza!
