In everyday life, there is often little space to really take a deep breath, sort out your thoughts and reconnect with yourself.

At Walk & Paint, you consciously give yourself two hours just for yourself.
We start with a short hike through the Grafenberg Forest towards Schöne Aussicht. Along the way, you will be accompanied by small mindfulness impulses that will help you to slow down, clear your head and become more aware of the moment.

We pause at the Schöne Aussicht and get creative.
Use color to intuitively put your thoughts, feelings and impressions on paper - freely, without pressure and without having to "be able" to do anything.

The combination of movement, nature and creative expression helps you to get off the thought carousel, find inner peace and take away new clarity and energy for your everyday life.

No painting experience is necessary.

All you need is comfortable shoes, clothing suitable for the weather and the desire to treat yourself to a little time out.
