What historical events made Augsburg a UNESCO World Heritage Site? You will find out directly on site how water technology and water art characterize the Fugger city and why water was responsible for Augsburg's economic upswing.

Along an old town canal, we tell you about tanners, dyers and shoemakers. And how water power drove the establishment of industrial plants during industrialization. Our city tour takes us from the Red Gate towards Liliom, past sights of the historic water supply such as the water towers.

Join us on an entertaining city tour along historical nodes with lots of knowledge about Augsburg's canal and water system. #fliesstbeiuns!
