WDC-Pavillon in Wiesbaden: Workshop - Unsere Stadt der Zukunft

How would you like to live? You are cordially invited to build a city that meets your needs. Develop it here in exchange with other master builders!

This is how it works:
You build from all kinds of packaging materials that accumulate in the household and that we usually throw away carelessly. Here they fulfill a good purpose, because they are turned into houses, factories, vehicles and much more. For each construction enthusiast, there is a DIN A4 cardboard onto which the individual city elements into which you transform the packaging are glued. You decide and discuss how far you want to build in width or height. In this way, everyone contributes to the shape of the constantly growing city with "their" district.

In the meantime, the individual districts are puzzled together to form a whole so that roads and paths can be drawn on them. Give your district a name and take a photo of the whole city at the very end. At the end, you can take your own built district home with you. All materials and aprons are provided, but you are welcome to bring any packaging you no longer need from home!

Anyone can take part, regardless of age, language, origin or level of education.
