Ciao stress and hectic Christmas season! Here comes your time-out. You create Christmas baubles by painting, decorating or filling them. The baubles are also suitable for giving as gifts, as vouchers or filled with treats. You will also have all the materials you need to design gift tags and cards.

You will be provided with all the materials and can try them out, including cozy drinks & snacks.

How does the course work?

You will experience a creative break with:

• a short introduction to the topic of mindfulness
• Mindfulness and creativity exercise
• Designing Christmas baubles, cards, gift tags with high-quality materials under guidance
