A wine on its own is already a pleasure. Wine and cheese as a perfect food pairing takes the pleasure to another level. In a relaxed atmosphere, we will taste 6 exquisite wines and serve selected cheese specialties. A systematic tasting will help you find your favorites. In addition, we will provide you with wine and wine knowledge as well as entertaining information about the winegrowers, wineries, grape varieties, wines, etc. Of course, we also delve into the sensory aspects of the wines and train them specifically to classify different aromas. We philosophize about questions such as "Red wine or white wine with cheese?", "Which grape variety goes with which cheese?" or "Do you prefer hard or soft cheese with wine?".
