Your host Bernhard Moser: chef, waiter, qualified sommelier - Bernhard lives enjoyment in all its facets. As the founder of the Berlin Wine School and the renowned eat!berlin gourmet festival, he has played a key role in shaping Berlin's culinary landscape. He worked as a wine critic for Gault&Millau for ten years and is known for his love of Austria, the Moselle and the Rheingau.
As afrequent user of CARL & SOPHIE and a long-time friend of the hotel, Bernhard is closely associated with our world of enjoyment. He is also known to many as a wine expert on Radioeins, where he regularly gives tips on wine and enjoyment on Sundays on "zwei auf eins". You can look forward to inspiring encounters with a real gourmet!
